  Abstract

The digital transformation of social welfare systems is an area that is fast developing and has a lot of potential to improve service delivery and improve outcomes for both people and communities. The goal of this research paper is to examine the policy changes and innovations brought about by the digital revolution of social welfare. It investigates the adoption of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and blockchain, in various domains of social welfare, including healthcare, education, employment, and social assistance programs. The paper examines the potential benefits of digital transformation, including increased efficiency, improved access to services, and personalized support. It also delves into the challenges and concerns associated with this transformation, such as data privacy, equity, and the digital divide.
